Your journey always begins with a consultation. This allows us to understand your goals and ensure every treatment is safe, personalised and clinically appropriate for you. A small deposit is required to reserve your appointment. As this time is set aside especially for you, deposits are non refundable and will be forfeited for late cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals or missed appointments. Your safety and wellbeing guide every decision we make. Treatments will only proceed when we feel confident they are suitable and in your best interest. In some cases, we may advise postponing or declining treatment where it is not clinically appropriate. Payment is taken on the day of treatment. Once treatments have been completed and products opened, they cannot be refunded. To preserve the calm and private atmosphere of the clinic, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
